Meet La Rat

Black Berry Grapefruit Craft Cocktail

Alcohol % 25.9%   Year Born 2014  Birthplace Haiti

A balanced sweet rush of grapefruit, mixed with MyaBèl’s Haitian blackberry vodka. This cocktail is then taken to the next level with a one-of-a-kind liqueur made from Haitian bitter oranges and cloves.

La Rat is an area of Croix-des-Bouquets once home to many farm animals, hence the name “the rat.” The cofounder’s love for the color blue led to the use of Haitian blackberries in the cocktail.

Likes: Letting the good times flow, being served on ice.

Dislikes: Being left in direct sunlight, or drunk after the enjoy-by-date.
